This year, we are celebrating Grandparents Day in a little different way! Grandparents Day will be held on our half day, Wednesday, September 16th.
Students will have the opportunity to visit the cafeteria during their grade level time to enjoy a special snack and spend time with their grandparent(s) or “grand-friends.” If a grandparent has multiple grandchildren at Midtown, they may choose to attend one session or stay for the different sessions in which their grandchildren are participating.
Session 1: Kindergarten and First Grade: 8:15-8:45
Session 2: Second and Third Grade: 8:50-9:20
Session 3: Fourth and Fifth Grade: 9:25-9:55
This event is for grandparents and/or grand-friends only. We ask that parents do not attend.
Students will be dismissed from their classrooms and sent to the cafeteria during their designated session to spend time with their special guests. Grandparents will need to indicate which session(s) they are attending on the form below.
